California Culinary Retreats weekends are all inclusive. That means all your meals and drinks, your 4 cooking classes, accommodations, materials, and take home items are included in the price. All you have to do is get yourself to your retreat, and leave the rest to us!

The Weekend in Brief

We can’t think of a better cuisine to celebrate in Los Olivos. We’ll cook a diverse collection of Mediterranean cuisines that are naturally healthy and vibrant. Each class will result in a feast to be paired with California wines.

Your 4 classes will begin with an overview lecture and then move to cooking in the kitchen. We will dine together at beautifully set tables under the stars, and sit by the outdoor fire place in the evenings. When you are not cooking you are free to relax, go for a hike, or go for a stroll around town - your choice.

The retreat begins on Friday afternoon between 4 - 6pm, and we will conclude our weekend Sunday after a leisurely late lunch.

Sicily

Tapas night & churros with chocolate sauce

Souvlaki, tzatziki, divine hummus, braised white beans, moussaka, stuffed grape leaves, spanikopita, baklava

The retreat is all inclusive - including your private beautifully appointed room, classes, all beverages and meals.

1 room w/private bath, priced @ $1990 per couple ($995 per person)

3 rooms w/shared baths, each priced at $1890 per couple ($945 per person).
